Rebecca heads up Idox’s Grants division, orchestrating activity across marketing, content, product development, training, sales and customer services functions and leading on the overall strategic vision for Europe.
Rebecca has been working in the grants arena for some 20 years and is PRINCE2 qualified.
Key areas of expertise: strategic direction; project management; client relationship management; stakeholder consultation and engagement; copywriting; training facilitation and delivery; quality standards and branding; campaign management; and internal and external communications strategies.
Zoe has overall responsibility for the delivery of Idox’s content rich websites and portals, as well as taking a lead on the development of strategic partnerships. Leading all of Idox’s content teams, she oversees almost 40 copywriters and copy editors – all specialised in producing copy on funding and innovation – amounting to the research and maintenance of a core content offering of over 13,000 support entries which are published daily to web portals across the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands and the US. Such content is targeted at a variety of audiences, including students, businesses and the third and public sectors.
Zoe supervises the implementation of Idox’s stringent research processes, ensuring that appropriate testing and quality assurance procedures are in place. She also provides account directorship for content-led project delivery across the UK and Europe, with previous support provided for ConGRESS, European Commission (DG Justice), Office for Civil Society, National Council for Voluntary Organisations (NCVO) and Newham College.
Zoe is PRINCE2 qualified.
Chelsea supports the development and delivery of all marketing and communications activity across the Idox UK offices, with additional proficiency in delivering effective marketing solutions for the Division’s Dutch and Belgium bases and wider international ventures.
In her currently capacity, Chelsea services an extensive Idox client base, providing comprehensive marketing support to clients across a wide range of sectors including market research, consultation, design and campaign management expertise. Chelsea is adept at utilising proven channels of communication to deliver marketing activities which cater to individual client needs and provide a sound marketing platform for ensuring the best possible return on investment.
For over a decade, Kathryn has worked in a research and policy capacity within two leading research divisions and has a depth of experience at reporting and managing the dissemination of both research and policy content, for a range of clients. She had a heavily involvement in the development and delivery of Idox’s RESEARCHconnect product for European research professionals, responsible for leading a team of research content specialists.
In addition to her involvement with extensive research and content practices, Kathryn operates as a client trainer.
Sharon has operated in a research and content-focused role since 2005, and has extensive experience in reporting and managing the dissemination of funding and policy information for a range of clients from the public, private and voluntary sectors.
Sharon specialises in European funding and policy, providing intelligence on the latest developments and opportunities available from across the European landscape. She also takes a lead role in the content and editing of news output, blogs and other social media output produced by the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sub-team.
In addition to her involvement with research and policy, Sharon operates as a client trainer.
Mike oversees an expanding business funding content area, managing the real-time publication of thousands of content items on several client platforms and Idox product websites. He moderates all entries and news output submitted by other members of the Business sub-sector team, and also oversees the content published in weekly bulletin communications for clients. Mike specialises in legislative papers deriving from government departments and wider business-focused organisations; his policy articles have an exclusive focus on business and enterprise development for content publishing to Idox’s premium sites.
In addition to the core research and content aspect of his role, Mike operates as a client trainer and takes a leading role in client-facing communications.
Sarah heads up the public sector and educational research sub-team and is centrally involved in the content delivery of research-based development projects for clients, ranging from central government to Universities.
She takes a lead in the management of all public sector and learning content, implementing quality control practices across all content output and ensuring that the presentation of information is of the highest standard. Sarah’s work in delivering high-level content for client projects has included user group profiling, site map design, innovation policy and strategy reporting, data verification, content creation and market scoping.
